Lab: prepare an evidence-based customer demo

exerciseSelf-paced

Assignment

Use the support pilot to demonstrate one successful draft, one unsupported question, one permission denial, and one corrected error.

Build sequence

  1. Write a ten-minute operator training flow with hands-on tasks.
  2. Create a feedback form with distinct failure categories and request IDs.
  3. Prepare a one-page sponsor update with outcomes, limitations, and decisions needed.
  4. Ask a peer to explain the system’s boundaries after the session.

Acceptance checks

  • The peer knows how to inspect evidence, reject a draft, and return to manual work.
  • The demo includes failure and recovery without hiding them.
  • Reported improvements are linked to measured pilot cases.

Evidence to keep

Submit the working artifact or decision document described above, the inputs used, and the observed results for every acceptance check. Include one failed attempt and the change you made after investigating it. Label fixture-based outcomes separately from live-system measurements. These artifacts become part of your final portfolio review.
